All CLADIST products are inspected and tested to ensure their quality before leaving the factory. If you’re not happy with your CLADIST product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it at hello@cladist.com to return it for free for a replacement product or to receive a full refund. The choice is yours.

Each CLADIST non-electric product is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the consumer owns the product. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, environmental factors, accidental damage, or misuse. At CLADIST’s discretion, a defective product will be repaired or replaced.

Each CLADIST electric product is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the period of ONE year from the date of original purchase. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, altered products, modifications, and products that have been repaired or attempted to be repaired by others than CLADIST. At CLADIST discretion, a defective product will be repaired or replaced.

CLADIST's warranty only applies to person(s) who purchase the products directly from CLADIST or from a CLADIST distributor or vendor or authorized reseller.. We regretfully will not provide any warranty for products sold by any other sources. Proof of purchase will be required to obtain warranty.
